Volunteers help us on all aspects of countryside management

The National Trust looks after many miles of the surrounding countryside at Alderley Edge and with just three full time wardens, carrying out the basic maintenance tasks would be barely achievable if it wasn’t for the regular turn-out of volunteers who work with us on all aspects of countryside management.

Might volunteering be for you?

Our volunteers come from varied backgrounds and volunteer for many different reasons, but their common aim is to put something back into the countryside environment that is of value to us all.

If you and your colleagues are interested in taking part please ring the Cheshire Countryside Volunteer Co-ordinator on 07775 410602 or email  volunteers.cheshire@nationaltrust.org.uk
