PruHealth encourages it’s members to get healthy every day through it’s wellness programme Vitality and walking is a great way to earn Vitality points and rewards.

Walking can help us all enjoy the incredible things the Great British Outdoors has to offer – from rugged coastal paths to open parklands to spotting wildlife in the woods. And importantly, walking also has proven short and long term benefits for our health.

To help us understand more about our health this year, PruHealth are helping walkers discover their ‘Vitality Age’ by answering a few simple health and lifestyle questions. Your Vitality Age may be higher or lower than your actual age but it’s a great way to understand our health in a simple way. Look out for the ‘What’s Your Vitality Age?’ booths at selected National Trust properties from 1 September to 3 November.
