We've teamed up with our friends at Cadbury again this year to offer lots of Easter weekend fun. Discover new places around the North East or explore further at some of your favourite spots on one of our adventurous trails. All Eggsplorers will receive a delicious chocolatey treat at the end of each trail.

Allen Banks and Staward Gorge

Easter Egg Hunt and Easter Trail, 19 - 20 April, 10.30am – 2.30pm

Expect lots of fun as you join in the Easter Egg Hunt. Follow the trail around the wonderful woods to find your very own Easter Egg. Normal admission charges apply, ticket charge £1 per trail.

 

Cherryburn

Easter Egg-stravaganza! 18 - 21 April, 11am – 3pm

Follow a family Easter Egg Trail around Cherryburn's farmyard and gardens, get your face painted and collect your Cadbury chocolate prize. Normal admission charges apply, ticket charge £2 per trail.

 

Cragside

Cadbury Easter Trail, 18 - 21 April, 10am – 3pm

Explore Cragside on our science themed Easter trail. Once you've completed the trail you'll receive a chocolate reward. Normal admission charges apply, ticket charge £3 per trail.

 

Gibside

Easter Eggsploration, 18 - 21 April, 10am – 3pm

Step back in time and enjoy Mary Eleanor Bowes' Easter Egg Trail. You can also enjoy garden games, face painting and Gibside's famous Easter Mouse House Competition; collect natural building materials and create a miniature Grand Design of your own - prizes every day. Normal admission charges apply, ticket charge £2.50 per trail.

 

Lindisfarne Castle

Cadbury Easter Egg Trail, 18 - 21 April, 10am – 2.30pm

Pick up your Easter Egg Trail in the Entrance Hall and follow the clues around the Castle to claim your Cadbury Egghead prize. Normal admission charges apply, ticket charge £2 per trail.

 

Northumberland Coast

Cadbury Easter Egg Trail, 20 April, 11.30am – 2.30pm

Can you follow the trail, find the clues and earn your Cadbury Easter egg? Come to the beach at Low Newton to find out more. Ticket charge £2 per trail

 

Ormesby Hall

Cadbury Easter Egg Trail, 18 - 21 April, 1.30pm – 4pm

Everyone's invited for Easter fun in the garden at Ormesby Hall. Can you find the answers to our special quiz and win a chocolate egg? Normal admission charges apply, ticket charge £2 per trail.

 

Penshaw Monument

North Easter! 21 April, 12noon – 3pm

Get outdoors and take part in a fun Easter Egg Trail with a tasty Cadbury prize at the end. Normal admission charges apply, ticket charge £1.50 per trail.

 

Seaton Delaval Hall

Cadbury Easter Egg Trail, 20 - 21 April, 11am – 4pm

Come and join us for our annual Easter fun. Follow the trail around our beautiful gardens and grounds, find the clues and then claim your prize of a Cadbury chocolate Egghead. Normal admission charges apply, ticket charge £1.50 per trail.

 

Souter Lighthouse

Souter's Easter Shindig, 18 - 21 April, 11am – 4pm
