The Cambridge National Trust Association was founded in 1960 and its membership is drawn from the whole of the county.
Our winter programme of speaker meetings takes place from October to April (excluding December) on the third Sunday of the month at 3pm at St. John’s Hall, Hills Road, Cambridge. Recent topics include the 1947 Floods, English antique furniture and silver forgeries.
Our summer outings have included both Trust and other properties from The Vyne in Hampshire to Deene Park in Northamptonshire. We also organise social events and produce a newsletter twice a year containing articles on our local properties.
We make regular donations to all our local properties – Anglesey Abbey, Houghton Mill, Peckover House, Wicken Fen, Wimpole Hall and to the Cambridge National Trust Volunteers.
If you would like to meet people with similar interests in heritage, conservation, gardens and the countryside, we look forward to meeting you.
