Stoneacre has been the adopted property since our inception

The Mid Kent Centre was founded in 1979 to promote and prosper the work of the National Trust. Members live in Maidstone and the Medway Towns and surrounding areas.

Meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month (winter months afternoons, rest of the year evenings) in Church Farm Hall, Larkfield.

The centre raises funds for the Trust through the enjoyment of a varied programme of talks, visits and short break-holidays; the formality of our AGM is contrasted by the social buffet that follows.

The bi-annual Newsletter gives details of future events and reports on those past. If you would like to meet others and support the Trust we will be very pleased to welcome you.

Stoneacre has been the ‘adopted’ property since our inception both by donations and by members acting as stewards, but we also donate to other smaller places where our funding makes a real difference.
