The Mid Devon Centre, formed in 1975, has an active membership of people living within reach of Crediton. Membership gives many opportunities to deepen your involvement with and understanding of the charity.

Interested in joining? We would be very keen to hear from you.

We meet monthly, usually on Saturday afternoons, in the Crediton Methodist Church Hall; and conclude our meetings with a raffle and refreshments. This gives opportunities for members to socialise with each other.

The subjects of the talks range from those about a particular property, to ‘visits’ abroad, and to various crafts and skills.

Our programme of visits which are carried out during the summer have seen us at Tintinhull Gardens, Coleton Fishacre and Finch Foundry.

In addition we offer a spring residential trip and, in recent years, we have been to Wales, East Anglia, Peak District and of course Cornwall.
