Pendle Forest Association
The Pendle Forest Association was founded in 1987 to promote and prosper the work of the National Trust.
We have some 400 members covering an area west of the Pennines, from Clitheroe in the beautiful Ribble Valley to Rawtenstall in the south and to the border of West Yorkshire in the east.
We support the Trust through a varied programme of events throughout the year including a winter lecture series, and summer trips as well as yearly holidays.
A quarterly newsletter includes a calendar of events and reports on the trips and events which have taken place as well as general news of interest.
Our local property is Gawthorpe Hall near Padiham which is the main focus of our interest, but we also support other projects for which the Trust needs funds.
The Association is an ideal way of making new friends and getting more out of your membership. We welcome new members.
