Spring season

As we move into the spring season, we advise pre-booking at weekends and during holiday periods, and definitely recommend pre-booking for pods and campervan pitches. Please use our online booking facility to make your booking.

If you need to speak to a member of staff, please call the booking office on 015394 32733 (currently Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm) or call the campsite directly on: 015394 37668 (daily, 8.30-11am).

*If you want to have a gazebo, mess tent or pup tent alongside your tent, please mention it in the 'specific requirements' section when making your booking online and the site staff will accommodate your wishes or call you if needed. There is a charge of £5 per night for each of these, which can be paid on site.

Ask about our green travel discount if you are arriving at our campsite on foot, by bike or public transport.

Please note: Minimum 3 night stay on Bank Holidays, minimum two night stay during high season weekends and for advanced bookings.

Spring and summer arrival times

We kindly ask that all new arrivals register at reception during the hours below:

  • Saturday to Thursday: 3pm - 7pm
  • Friday: 3pm - 9pm

These hours are applicable for both advanced booking and first come, first served customers.

If you have pre-booked your pitch and circumstances beyond your control prevent you from arriving within these times, please contact the campsite and staff will do their best to assist.

Shop and reception opening hours

  • 8am - 11am everyday
  • 3pm - 7pm Sat - Thur, 3pm - 9pm Fri

Departure times
We request that visitors leave by 11am on their day of departure at all campsites. If you wish to stay an extra night, please inform reception before 10am (reception open at between 8am - 11am).

Parking
To protect the natural beauty of the sites, parking is available in designated areas away from tent pitches.
