Pure indulgence chocolate terrine

- 400g white chocolate
- 400g milk chocolate
- 400g dark chocolate
- 600ml double cream
- Fresh cranberries
- 1 glass mulled wine
Melt the white chocolate into a bowl. Whip 200ml of the cream into soft peaks and fold into the melted chocolate. Place into a loaf tin lined with clingfilm and chill.
Melt the milk chocolate and repeat the cream process as above and place on top of the now set white chocolate, chill again.
Finally finish it off with layer three, the dark chocolate layer. Follow layer one as before. Once the final layer is added chill in the fridge for 4-5 hours.
Warm some mulled wine and washed cranberries. Leave to cool and just before serving turn out the terrine, slice, place on a plate and top with the berry mixture.
