- 500g (about 1lb) strawberries
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- juice of 1 orange
- 500ml (about 1 pint) sweet cider, chilled
Crush the strawberries lightly. Place in a large bowl or jug.
Scatter over the sugar and squeeze in the juice of the
orange. Leave to macerate for an hour. Fill up with cider,
add some ice and serve.
