There's nothing quite like the sense of occasion at a Beningbrough wedding
Beningbrough Hall, a venue with a sense of occasion all of its own, can accommodate wedding and civil partnership ceremonies, followed by a champagne and canapé reception. The Hall is an elegant yet intimate Georgian country house, dating to 1716. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens and extensive parkland.
Built in the typically dramatic style of the era, Beningbrough is as much an experience as a place, which begins as you approach the house along the lime tree avenue. The Great Hall, where your ceremony takes place, is a grand, dramatic space which leads through to the Victorian Conservatory and then out into the gardens with wonderful views across the park.

The wedding
Our Great Hall is exclusively yours for your ceremony
A Beningbrough wedding includes the hire and exclusive use of the Great Hall, which can accommodate up to 80 people at your ceremony.
The rest of the day can be tailor-made to suit your requirements, with options such as musicians to play for you and your guests and a champagne and canapé reception served in the Victorian Conservatory. Our catering partners can also provide a full wedding breakfast in our restaurant.
A lovely feature of a Beningbrough wedding is that the grounds and gardens are completely at your disposal, giving you and your guests the feeling that Beningbrough really is yours for the day.
Our wedding co-ordinator will be at your service both on the day and throughout the planning process.
The setting
Our walled garden is one of our most special places
Beningbrough is surrounded by beautiful gardens and parkland. Our walled garden, above, is a riot of colour, interest and perfume throughout the seasons.
The south front of the house provides a splendid backdrop for your photographs and here there is also the east formal garden, filled with pale blue, pink and silver flowers which complement the fountain and fish pond.
These wonderful surroundings all contribute to making your day a very special occasion.
