What's on?

This summer at Bradley we have an outdoor production of Romeo and Juliet, performed by The Lord Chamberlain's Men, on Wednesday 6 August.

There's plenty to keep children entertained, from roaming the garden to hunting for the medieval cat hole in the house.

Don't miss

  • The great fireplace built of three slabs of Dartmoor granite
  • The roof carvings in the chapel
  • A surviving part of the Tudor Royal Arms in the hall
  • The 15th-century cat hole
  • The photo album filled with interesting pictures in the Great Hall
  • The two Burne-Jones drawings upstairs in the bedroom
