The mill in action

The mill comes to life on a Wednesday and Sunday afternoon from 2 to 5pm.

A team of knowledgeable volunteers will reveal the mill's story whilst younger visitors can look for a large family of rats (not real) hiding about the building. There is a small entrance fee. Free to NT members.

Breathtaking views

Gorgeous views all around the pretty village of Branscombe

From Branscombe you can walk along the South West Coast Path, head east to Beer or west towards Sidmouth via Weston and Salcombe Hill. From high on the cliff top you can enjoy views out to sea.

Celebrating Coast

A year on the South West Coast

This is a year of celebration - we are taking part in South West Coastal Festival to mark a 50 year milestone in the conservation of the coast.

Over 300 miles of the South West coast is protected by the National Trust, largely thanks to the Neptune campaign - set up 50 years ago.

Beneath the waves

Bring your net and bucket and walk west from Branscombe Mouth towards Sidmouth. The rocks are exposed at low tide when you can discover the creatures that call this area home.
