Everyone gets something different from a great walk, so stretch your legs beyond the walls of Canons Ashby on a Great British Walk this autumn. Pick up a parkland walk from reception for an introduction to the wider estate, delve deeper with a longer downloadable History Walk, or join one of our special Great Guided Walks.
Celebrate Hallowe'en with us, hunting pumpkins round the colourful terraced gardens and showing your spooky craft skills during half-term. For some really frightful fun book a place on one of our Spooky Suppers, where you'll hear ghostly tales of the family who lived at Canons Ashby. Who knows? They may join you on your tour...
It wouldn't be Christmas without a visit to Canons Ashby, where you can experience five centuries of festive traditions, spend the day making your own natural decorations, or experience a magical evening caroling in the Pebble Court. You may even meet Father Christmas as he checks that everything is in order around the manor.
As our most tranquil day of the week, Thursdays are all about feeding the mind and soul. Enjoy the beauty of the garden at your own pace and savour the quiet of the Priory Church. Be inspired by our ancient story on a Priory Church tour at 2pm or join a special 'A Thousand Years' talk. Our unique luncheon club card means Thursday is the perfect day to pick your favourite spot in the Stables Tearoom too.
