  • From Easter to end October Cape Cornwall car park has a mobile van with tea, coffee, sandwiches and home made cake etc
  • St Just also has many shops, pubs, and post office
  • Visitor centre at Botallack Count House, Botallack, St Just TR19 7QQ. Open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm
  • Toilets at Botallack's visitor centre and at Cape Cornwall car park (open Easter to end October )
  • Dogs welcome, please keep under control near livestock

Family & children

  • The beach at Priest Cove, Cape Cornwall is very rocky, but even so it is still a popular beach and has the benefit of a small bathing pool
  • The fishermens' huts and fishing boats above the slipway give it a very Cornish atmosphere
  • Walk up Chapel Carn Brea, the first and last hill in England, and spot, on a clear day, the Isles of Scilly
