Make a difference

There are great perks to volunteering. Whether you want to improve your CV, make new friends or just want to give something back, making the move to volunteer could be the best decision you ever make.

Head behind the scenes and find out what goes into running Castle Drogo or learn about our precious collections and the history of the house. While the interior of the house has changed many volunteer roles are the same.

Volunteer socials

Volunteering is not only rewarding but also great fun. We have a wide range of social events for our volunteers to relax and get to know each other, from our Christmas and summer parties to quizzes and our day outings.

My Volunteering

There is now a new online area for National Trust volunteers where you can get access to National Trust volunteer resources, create your online profile, hear news near you and read about what other volunteers are up to.
