We have a wide range of gifts on offer from traditional jams, puddings and biscuits to chocolates, treats and educational items for children.

A fantastic choice of Cath Kidston-style bags and scarves are now in stock, as is a range of Reaction jewellery.

The National Trust calendar, books and seasonal garden items including bird houses and feeders are also available.

Our gift shop is currently operating reduced opening hours and is open from 12pm to 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays only.

Coach House tea-room

Enjoy freshly made scones, cakes and soups in our Castle Ward tea-room. Hot tea and coffee, as well as our recently installed wood burning stove, will help keep you warm during your winter visits to the property.

A taste of home

We make our delicious food in-house each morning from locally sourced ingredients. Choose from carrot, coffee or chocolate fudge cake, or our great-tasting lentil, tomato and basil, potato or carrot and coriander soups. A range of sandwiches can be made to order, while our scones come with a selection of jams and fresh cream – perfect to enjoy with your hot cup of tea or coffee. Be sure to pop in soon.

Second-hand book shop

Find a treasure trove of literature in our second-hand bookshop. Open Wednesdays to Sundays from 12 noon to 5pm. To donate books, CDs and/or DVDs please telephone 028 4488 1204.

Castle Ward arts & crafts village

Artists, craftspeople and poets reside in our craft village in the farmyard. Be inspired, view and purchase from a unique range of items.
