Rain or shine?

Brean Down

Brean Down lies at the far end of the Mendip Hills and sticks out into the Bristol Channel.

It's a fantastic place for families to explore, with sandy beach and a ruined Victorian fort on the Down.

King John's Hunting Lodge

Visit the neighbouring town of Axbridge for your chance to look around the Local History Museum housed in the lodge.

There is a small entrance fee for adults.

Mendip Hills

Cheddar is part of the fantastic Mendip Hills that weave their way through Somerset.

Enjoy wonderful walks and some truly spectacular sights.
