Volunteering is a great way to meet new people in beautiful places

Here at Compton Castle, we rely on volunteers to assist in all areas from telling the story of the castle by room guiding, to helping our team of rangers care for the surrounding countryside.

Volunteering is a brilliant way of meeting extraordinary people, brought together by extraordinary places. If you would like more information please email us or call our volunteer line on 01803 661853.

Becoming part of a local supporter group, centre or association is a great way to join in. They promote our work and aim to make membership more enjoyable by giving their members opportunities to share their interests with like-minded people in their area.

Through an organised year-long programme of talks, outings, holidays and social events members make friends, learn more about our places and support our work.
