Current opportunities at Cotehele
Room guides

Meet like-minded people and explore Cotehele’s past by sharing our stories with visitors. A real chance to get behind the scenes in this wonderful former Tudor home of the Edgcumbe family. We are particularly looking for room guides at weekends.
Visitor reception

Greet our visitors and orientate them for their day exploring Cotehele. You'll talk to them about Cotehele's fascinating history, garden treasures, estate walks and help advise them on their visit. A warm welcome is such an important part of any day out.
Handy person on the estate

Help our conservation team on the estate. This is a very practical role. You may be helping in one of our holiday cottage gardens or cleaning the gates, clearing the paths or putting up new signs. Pull on your overalls and be prepared for anything.
