  • Great walks to suit all abilities - the Vanguard Way runs through the Cuckmere Valley and the South Downs Way national trail is nearby
  • There is a Visitor Centre (not NT) at Seven Sisters Country Park with information about the surrounding location
  • Free car parking at Seaford Head Local Nature Reserve, High and Over and the Golden Galleon in Exceat (customers only)
  • There are no picnic tables, but picnickers are welcome. Please take your litter home with you
  • Cafés and pubs Alfriston and Littlington
  • Tea-room at Seven Sisters Country Park
  • Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on leads where signs indicate. Please clean up after your dog
  • Excellent kite flying spot
  • Paragliding and hang-gliding
  • Canoeing and kayaking at the Seven Sisters Canoe Centre

Family & children

  • The education base at Frog Firle Farm can be used to store school bags and also has toilet and hand washing facilities
