Dudmaston Hall
Dudmaston is not your usual country house, even though it looks like an ordinary red sandstone building, set in traditional parkland.
Inside it hosts a wonderful Modern Art collection, collected by Sir George and Lady Labouchere. The house is still a family home today.

We know very little about the history of the garden and what it was like when the house was originally built.
It's most famous feature is the Dingle, a wooded area through which there are winding paths, waterfalls and bridges.
Today the garden, like the house is filled with modern sculpture.

The Dudmaston Estate
The Dudmaston estate comprises of nearly 3,000 acres.
Around 2,000 acres are farmed by tenants, and all the woodland is carefully managed by the National Trust.
There are miles of paths, which can be accessed all year round from our car parks at the Holt and Hampton Loade.

Modern Art
Modern Art
The Modern Art is displayed in the galleries in the house. It is the collection of Sir George and Lady Labouchere and they started collecting in the 1950s while Sir George was working for the British Embassy in Brussels.
The Spanish art is also a wonderful collection of Sir George's.
