Dudmaston has a large managed woodland, come and find out more at our event taking place on 28 September.
Are you a wood turner; basket weaver or traditional craftsman? Why not take the opportunity to join us for our inaugural wood fair at Dudmaston, demonstrate your skills to our visitors and let them take some of your beautifully crafted products home. Applications are now open for stallholders to join us at our Wood Fair so why not download an application form and send it to us with a photograph of the types of things you offer.
From tree to bench
Meet our Ranger team and find out about the products that we make upon the Estate. Follow the story from tree to bench and discover the story of forestry management at Dudmaston dating back to when Captain Geoffrey Wolryche-Whitmore took over the running of the estate in 1908.
Our woodlands are managed with conservation in mind, find out about the types of wildlife that live happily on our estate and how some rarer species manage to survive here when they wouldn’t be found elsewhere.
Have a go with the children at making some wooden crafts to take home.
