    The meat on our menu is sourced from Totternhoe’s F. Horton & Sons Butchers. Established in 1927, this very local business is only three miles away from the Chilterns Gateway Centre.

    Harpers

    Harpers family business has operated for 50 years from their original farm base just two miles from Dunstable Downs, in the village of Studham, Bedfordshire.

    They concentrate on English food skillfully prepared.

    Gunns Bakery

    Gunns of Sandy, established in 1928, is the only bakery in Bedfordshire with the licence to produce the famous clanger. 

    For 40 years, deliveries were by horse and cart, things have moved on since then but the carbon footprint remains low on this locally sourced product.

    Pruden's are a traditional family bakery established in 1928 and based in Markyate. They now also have six bakery shops located in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
