The Heswall Association, founded in 1980 to promote and support the work of the Trust, has an active membership from all over the Wirral.

What we do

We organize a programme of talks, mainly during the winter and held in Heswall Hall, on a variety of subjects. In addition we arrange social activities throughout the year, visits to interesting places and an annual holiday. Recent visits have included Manchester Town Hall and The Rylands Library and also the RHS Tatton Show.

Members receive a six-monthly newsletter giving details of future events and other news.

Through these activities we raise money to support the Trust. In recent years we have supported the refurbishment of benches at Rufford Old Hall, the purchase of benches and a mobility vehicle at Quarry Bank Mill and contributed to the recovery work after the Lake District floods in 2009.

Our annual membership subscriptions are £8 per individual, £13 per couple.
