Being a member

Members can meet others with similar interests at a variety of social and fundraising events throughout the year.
During spring and summer a coach holiday and day outings are arranged so members may visit places of interest, both near and far, including National Trust properties.
In autumn and winter, members meet for talks on various subjects including heritage, history and far-off places. After the talk refreshments are served.
There are also luncheon outings, a traditional Christmas lunch, a specially prepared May tea with entertainment, and a New Year walk in Dunham Park.
