Portraits of the Past

Portraits of the Past is a project run by Mid Pennine Arts. Its aim is to explore Gawthorpe Hall and its place in community life through oral history, photography and the creative arts. Do you have any images of the Hall past or present?

Help conserve a dry stone wall

Rebuilding the dry stone wall on Tipping Hill

Meet outside the tea-room on Wednesdays at 10am & bring stout boots, gloves and waterproofs (just in case!) Training is provided by the Dry Stone Walling Association (you must be over 16 years old).
