Volunteers at the White Cliffs of Dover expressing their thanks

We would like to thank all of our supporters for helping us safeguard the White Cliffs of Dover.

We had a once in a lifetime opportunity to safegurd the remaining 7km stretch of this iconic coastline, which unites the stretch between the Trust's visitor centre and South Foreland Lighthouse.

More than 16,000 people and organisations have supported the appeal and have helped safeguard this crucial 7km stretch of iconic coastline.

The appeal launched in June 2012 and since then we've had hundreds of messages of support posted on our virtual White Cliffs of Dover.
