A canine visitor taking a rest after a long walk around Greys Court

The Greys Court estate has some wonderful walks and trails through the beech woods for dogs and their owners to explore. Dogs are welcome in all outside areas of the property but regretfully not in the walled gardens.

Please keep dogs on short leads especially in fields where livestock is grazing.

Assistance dogs are welcome around the property.

Greys Court car park and walk start

Our car park is for visitors and members to Greys Court, if you are coming to walk then please pop into Visitor Reception. The car park provides very little shade, keep your dog safe by not leaving him unattended in your car.

Dogs at Greys Court

  • Please keep dogs on a short lead throughout visit.
  • Dogs should not be left unattended at anytime.
  • Please bag dog waste and take away with you to dispose.
  • Dogs are not able to go in the walled gardens or around Greys Fort and the maze.

The estate walk

The estate walk is best suited for dogs (and their owners).  Please clean up your dog mess by either sticking and flicking into the woodland or bagging it and taking it away.

There is a woodland car park on Broadplat Road or lay-bys along Rocky Lane for closed days.
