Taste the life outdoors when you volunteer at Hidcote
'As a Hidcote volunteer gardener over the past 11 years, I've been surprised by the huge variety of volunteering roles that go into making Hidcote work. You can play a part in just about anything, from gardening (the obvious!) to helping in the shop. I feel the benefits too, it's a really worthwhile pastime, and social too.'

Help bring the garden to life by answering visitors' questions and pointing out what's in flower.

Point visitors in the right direction to our facilities and be that friendly, welcoming face.

Help us to complete projects in the garden by selling raffle tickets. First prize £10,000.

Can you bring a story to life? Inspire our junior book club and let their imaginations run free.
Working holidays
Take part in one or both of the two working holidays we run each year. Pitch in to blitz the weeds in the Stream Garden or help us tidy up the Wilderness, to name a few tasks.
Join our local group
The Coventry and Warwickshire Volunteers are regular faces at Hidcote, helping out in the garden and around the estate. To join, give them a call on 0247 637 0762.
Help out on a company day
Bring the whole team at your workplace along for a team-building day in the garden. Pack your wellies and waterproofs, and come prepared to get stuck in and learn some garden tips.

Join a supporter group
Thinking of volunteering? If the answer is 'yes' then get more from your support by joining a local supporter group. Supporter groups not only promote our work but they make membership and volunteering more enjoyable. Make friends, share interests, enjoy a day out or join an event. There's almost cetainly a supporter group near you.
