We look forward to welcoming you to Hill Top. To help us plan your visit, please read the following information carefully.
If you are an organised tour group of 8 or more, travelling by minibus, minicoach or coach, then you will need to make a booking in advance and have a leader able to act for you to get the tickets and pay for the visit.
For smaller groups of less than 8, or if you are a larger group planning to visit by cars we are unable to make you a pre-booking. However, do please check our general visitor information including our frequently asked questions section as it will help you plan your visit and give advice about when to come.
We start taking bookings in the autumn for the following year and try to be as helpful as we can. However, due to our location and popularity we unfortunately have to limit the number of groups (coaches in particular) that can visit Hill Top.
Whilst we try to accommodate as many group requests as possible, there is no guarantee of acceptance. If we are unable to meet your Hill Top request, as an alternative to Hill Top your group could visit our nearby sister property the Beatrix Potter Gallery which displays Beatrix Potter's original artwork and information about her life and work outside her 'Little Books'.
