We're part of the National Trust's South Lakes team

Our main base is at Hill Top in Near Sawrey, but members of our team can also be found in Hawkshead (at the Beatrix Potter Gallery and National Trust Hawkshead Shop), at Wray Castle and at Claife Viewing Station.

From selling National Trust memberships and welcoming visitors to Hill Top house, garden and Beatrix Potter Gallery to running events and selling our wonderful gift range in our shops- our work is very varied and we hope has a positive impact on the many visitors who come here each year.

We hope you'll enjoy learning more of what we do in this wonderful part of the country.
