Where possible we use fresh ingredients grown here in our walled garden, cutting down on food miles and guaranteeing the best quality all year round.

Every month we bring you a new and exciting cake to try. This month it's our autumn plum crunch cake, a moist cake full of juicy fruit with a delicious crumbly topping. Why not pop in and try some? Or, if you're really adventurous, have a go at making your own.
