Living, working, playing and learning
Over the past 150 years, hundreds of people have called Tyntesfield home. From the Gibbs family in the big house, to the families who kept the estate running.
More people still have known Tyntesfield through working and volunteering on the estate, from forestry to gamekeeping. And in 1947, the estate became home to a close-knit community of people who settled in the old American army hospital built here during the war.
If you have a story about your experiences living, working or playing at Tyntesfield, we'd love to hear from you.
Email or write to us at Tyntesfield Stories, Tyntesfield, Wraxall, North Somerset, BS48 1NT. Our fantastic team of volunteers will contact you to discuss next steps.
