We use home-made bread fresh from our kitchen for our delicious sandwiches and to compliment our warming soups. Grain for the flour is grown at a local farm and ground into flour at our historic water mill at Clyston Mill.
Time for tea with a slice of homemade cake. Our café provides the perfect setting for a hot drink or snack after a walk, cycle or stroll around the grounds. Sit inside and warm up or sit outside in the sun. The easy-to-access café has a great variety of food and drink in the beautiful and historical setting of the stable block.
A delicious, moist apple cake, with hand-pressed cider to add a little extra spark.
Homity pie is a traditional savoury, vegetarian open pie. It is a good addition to any recipe book.
This steamed pudding is handy for using up left-over mincemeat.
