Enjoy a tasty treat at the Stables Café

After exploring the house and grounds why not relax and re-charge with a well earned snack or light meal at our historic Stables Café, which offers a rich variety of homemade cakes and light lunches.

Using a range of organic ingredients, freshly picked from our walled kitchen garden and nearby farms, you are always guaranteed the taste of the West Country with every bite. There's plenty of space to eat inside the renovated stables or out in our beautiful cobbled courtyard. There is no charge to visit the Stables Café.

Why not indulge in one of our fresh, seasonal soups made here, using Knightshayes grown produce?

The Conservatory tea-room

Our popular conservatory tea-room is now closed for the season- it's a little bit too cold to linger in there at the moment.

But don't worry, our cafe is open daily between 10am-4pm for that much needed cup of tea and slice of cake after exploring the house and gardens.
