Keep fit in the beautiful outdoors

We've teamed up with Sarah Parker Fitness to offer a weekly outdoor postnatal fitness class for mums and babies. Improve your health and fitness in a fun and supportive environment all in the beautiful outdoors at Lyme. Open to all new mums whether you're a beginner or looking to get back into exercise. Suitable for babies over 6 weeks old. After the class why not have a coffee and a chat in the Timber Yard Cafe.

Tuesdays at 11am - 12noon (Starts 22 September) £5/ class plus £7 estate entry for non NT members. If you pre book a 6 week block for £35 this will include the estate entry charge. 

SkyRide Local

Join experienced ride leaders cycling the 'Glorious Greenway to Lyme' on various Sundays this Autumn. This ride is mostly off road and takes you along the Middlewood Way, into Lyme and finishing off along the canal towpath.

How high can you climb?

The kids can let off steam in Crow Wood playscape with its giant slide, badger den and rope walks for children aged 5-12. There is also a high level walkway, sandpit and a tree house with a fireman’s pole.

50 things fun

Lots of the 50 things activities can be done all year round. Why not try our 50 things garden trail? Try flying a kite on the top lawn, playing pooh sticks or climb trees in the new family garden area.
