Lyveden was occupied for hundreds of years before Tresham was to make his mark.

Coughton Court

Lyveden has a strong historical connection with Coughton Court.

Thomas Tresham married Muriel Throckmorton. The Throckmortons were the owners of Coughton Court at that time, and remain so to this day.
