An environmental way of supporting our work

Do your bit for the environment and raise money for the National Trust.

With the help of our recycling partner Office Green, we are striving to reduce our environmental impact.

Millions of mobile phones end up in landfill sites every year where their dangerous chemicals may seriously damage the environment. These seemingly worthless products, though, can be made use of and many can be reconditioned and sold on.

By recycling your handset with Office Green you could help the environment and the National Trust. Not only are you disposing of your phone in a responsible way, but the Trust receives money for each item you send.*

Something that has no value to you can be transformed into cash for vital conservation work – a mobile phone can generate between £1 and £65 for the National Trust.

Simply pop your old mobile phones into any old envelope (padded bags are most suitable) and send to the following address. Please do not include phone chargers.

Please encourage your family and friends to recycle, too, so that together, we can invest in conserving our environment for future generations.
