How we administer vacancies
Details on how we administer these vacancies are set out in our Governance Handbook. In particular, your attention is drawn to the principles underlying governance appointments in the Trust. • All our senior governance positions are voluntary, but expenses are paid.
• Should there be no vacancies listed below then there are none currently available.

Chairman of the Committee for Northern Ireland
The Trust has a vacancy for Chairman of its Committee for Northern Ireland. In Northern Ireland we look after places as varied as the Giant’s Causeway, Castle Coole, Mount Stewart and Divis Mountain – a wonderful portfolio of the iconic sites that make this part of Ireland special. We are key to the quality of life in Northern Ireland.

Chairman of the East of England Regional Committee
The Trust currently has a vacancy for Chairman of its East of England Regional Committee. The role of our Committees is vital in achieving the objectives set for the Country or Region. The East of England region stretches from the North Norfolk coast to the Thames estuary and from the Chilterns to the Broads.
