Becoming a volunteer with the National Trust opens up thousands of opportunities for you to meet like-minded people.

There are many ways to get involved with the Trust. We have:

• more than 3.4 million members
  
  
• over 320 very different volunteer groups, including centres and associations, local community and specialist groups that provide practical support for our properties
  
  
• around 5,000 members of staff
  
  
• over 4,000 Working Holidays volunteers
  
  
• around 2,500 Employee volunteers and
  
  
• approx 300 Full-time volunteers
