Historically, the previous owners of Wallington, the Trevelyan family, dined on produce from the farms on their estate. They enjoyed food fresh on their doorstep, farmed in a traditional way. This remains the case, and visitors to the Wallington Farm Shop can enjoy the same quality local food today. The shop is dedicated to providing fresh, local and quality produce from the Wallington estate and across Northumberland.

The Wallington Farm Shop has become an integral part of the local agricultural community, supporting local farmers and producers.

In the shop you will find an extensive range of produce guaranteed to make your mouth water, including meat and game prepared by award-winning butchers.

Meat

• Beef and lamb born and bred on the Wallington estate
• Speciality Wallington sausages made to our own original recipe
• Succulent pork, gammon and dry cured bacon
• Free range and farm assured chicken

• Cakes, quiches and scones freshly made in the Wallington Restaurant
• Fresh bread and pies
• Organic flour
• Oak smoked Craster salmon and kippers
• Honey and mustard
• Extra virgin rapeseed oil, grown, cold pressed and bottled in Northumberland

• Is born and bred on the Wallington Estate
• Has DEFRA full traceability
• Is RSPCA Freedom Food checked

The remainder of our meat and game is produced by accredited local suppliers in the North of England.
