The Lewes Centre was founded in 1982 and currently has more than 300 members in a large area centred on Lewes.
Our objectives are to promote the National Trust locally, raise funds for its support, and arrange a programme of events and activities to be enjoyed by our members.
Last year we donated £3,500 to support projects at the following National Trust properties: Standen, Monk's House and Ightham Mote.
The Lewes Centre is independent of the National Trust. A committee of officers and members conducts our affairs with the committee being elected at our Annual General Meeting held in March each year.
