Powis Castle Licensed self-service restaurant Tel: 01938 551927 The Assistant Catering Manager and Cook at Powis Castle represented Wales in the 2005 National Trust National Cookery Competition, held in the Royal Navy Cookery School, Torpoint, Cornwall. The competition was based on fish recipes. Although Sarah and Megan did not win a prize, Sara Paston-Williams the judge, who has a new cookery book on fish out in the shops, said how lovely their dish of trout with bacon and Welsh savoury stuffing tasted. |
