The National Trust offers three types of vocational training:

• Careerships scheme for Gardeners and Countryside Wardens

GNVQ site visits, talks and information

Many Trust properties offer talks, visits or information for students studying vocational subjects such as Marketing, Leisure/Travel, and Tourism and Business. Contact the National Trust learning team on 01793 817400 for details of your local learning opportunities.

Volunteering

Volunteering is a great way to gain work experience and develop skills. A wide range of schemes have been designed to support training, such as the long-term volunteering scheme. You can find out more about volunteering at the Trust on the volunteering pages.
