Hanbury Hall provides a unique setting for your private or corporate functions. The proceeds from private and corporate functions go directly towards the conservation work at the property.

The early 18th-century Hall with its famous wall paintings by Sir James Thornhill, provides a unique location for you during your private or corporate function. The Hall is set in 20-acres of restored early 18th-century gardens which provide a beautiful setting for guests to enjoy drinks and soak up the atmosphere.

The Main Hall

The Main Hall incorporates the great staircase decorated with wall paintings by Sir James Thornhill.

The Dining Room

The Dining Room has a painted ceiling by Sir James Thornhill. In the early 19th-century it was converted from two rooms into the Dining Room you can see today.

• Capacity: 100 - Suitable for standing buffet

The Long Gallery

The Long Gallery is detached from the Hall, and overlooks the early 18th-century recreated parterre and fruit garden which provides the perfect backdrop for your function.

Marquee

Hire of the grounds at Hanbury Hall for an agreed period between 6.30pm and 11.30pm, for a marquee function for up to 200 guests - £1,400 (+ marquee cost)

Charges / Hire fees

The Main Hall:

• Hire for a two hour period for drinks and canapes for 60 guests - £375

The Dining Room:

• Four hour period for drinks and seated dining for 40 guests or 60 guests for drinks and a buffet - £750
• Four hour period for drinks and buffet for 100 guests - £850
• Five hour period for drinks and seated dining for 40 guests or 60 guests for a buffet - £900
• Five hour period for drinks and buffet for 100 guests - £1,000

The Long Gallery:

• Four hour period for drinks and buffet for 100 guests - £850
• Five hour period for drinks and buffet for 100 guests - £1,000

Availability

The Main Hall, Dining Room and Long Gallery are available for day hire on Thursdays and Fridays from March to December and for evening receptions after 6.30pm seven days a week between March and the December (events permitting). During November and December the rooms in the Hall and Long Gallery are available for hire seven days a week.
