Interested in making the most of the National Trust near you? Join your local group to enjoy special interest talks, visits, holidays and other social and fundraising events.

You'll also be helping a great cause - local groups support the work of the charity and raise hundreds of thousands of pounds every year for our conservation and access projects around the country.

About the group

Axe Valley Centre has a great deal to offer our membership which comes from the area surrounding Uplyme, Axminster, Colyton, Colyford and Seaton. Our voluntary committee arrange a wide range of social activities and fundraising events throughout the year enabling the group to support specific properties and appeals.

Our programme includes monthly talks from September to April; monthly coach outings between April and October and a series monthly walks on offer between March and October. Four to five theatre trips are arranged during the year and concert trips to Exeter to attend the season of performances by the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. We have two main fundraising events during the year and two group holidays based in the UK or overseas.
