The National Trust has developed its style and reputation for catering over many years.

Here in Devon and Cornwall we pride ourselves on producing home-made food and offering good value for money.

We also try to reflect the spirit of each property through our menus, drawing inspiration from the historical period of the property and then creating dishes to suit contemporary tastes.
