The concert will feature tracks from the new album, including the smash single 'I Thought It Was Over' - in addition to hits from the multi-platinum debut album 'Twelve Stops From Home', which featured tracks including 'Love It When You Call', 'Fill My Little World' and 'Never Be Lonely'.
Producer Andrew Wyke comments:
'It’s fantastic that The Feeling will be performing at Clumber Park this summer. They are acknowledged as one of the best live bands in the UK today.'
Ian Deans, National Trust Property Manager of Clumber Park said:
'The National Trust are very pleased to be working in association with Musical Associates to bring The Feeling to Clumber Park. This is a real coup and builds on the success of Clumber Park over the years in staging open air concerts which have always had a great party atmosphere. Funds raised by the open air concerts at Clumber Park help towards carrying out vital conservation work needed at the property.'
Demand for tickets is expected to be high and for a strictly limited period tickets will be available at £26 (plus booking fee) and will grant holders access to the best party of the summer, with a great support band (to be announced), plus DJ and fabulous firework finale all adding to the entertainment.
Clumber Park, which is cared for by the National Trust, is undoubtedly a great location in which to host this massive summer pop party, having played host to thousands of concert-goers at the 3,800 acre site in recent years, and Andrew Wyke added:
'The combination of The Feeling and this magnificent historic parkland means this will be a great way to enjoy a really special event this summer.'
