We provide a wide range of activities for our members’ enjoyment and these include day outings, visits to orchestral concerts in London, regular coffee mornings held in members’ homes and monthly walks. A recent visit of great interest was to local vineyard and to sample the wares!

One of our major recent events was a concert which we organised in a local church with all seats taken.

We also organise two holidays a year and have recently visited Lincoln and Bristol where places of local and national interest were included in the holiday programme.

As well as offering a programme of talks for our members we also arrange a number of social events and often commemorate special anniversaries for e.g. our Trafalgar Day Lunch.

Our centre members are drawn from a wide range of occupations and ages and our programme is designed to appeal to all types of interest.

We will welcome any National Trust member within our catchment area.
